Helen Vidotti
I started dancing when I was 3 years old at Carol Mays. This gave me the opportunity to compete in competitions and a strong technical base which allowed me to continue my training at Phil Winston’s Theatre Works. I graduated with my Associate I.D.T.A. Modern-Jazz degree (Hons.) and winning the I.D.T.A. Tap scholarship.
I then went on to perform in UK tours, TV commercials, fashion shows, pantos and casinos across the UK and Europe. I opened Miss World as a dancer/aerial artist and performed in many shows including performing as a featured dancer in Paris.
I have travelled around the world performing on cruise ships as a dancer/singer and tap soloist and later became Dance Captain.
I also had the opportunity to direct, help choreograph and perform as a professional in the very first BBC’s production of “Dancing With The Stars” at sea. Most recently, I have performed as a featured dancer in the Royal Production Cast onboard Cunard's Queen Victoria.
I am now teaching at the top dance colleges and have been recently choreographing for shows in the UK and Europe. I also enjoys adjudicating dance festivals and championships and taking workshops and lectures all over the country in all different genres.
